We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

 

In the case of products damaged or incorrectly delivered :

 

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

If the product is delivered incorrectly or damaged due to quality problems, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods.

If the product is damaged due to quality problems rather than human causes within 30 days after you receive it, you can apply to us for a refund or resend it.

When applying for a replacement, you need to contact us first. After confirming the situation and obtaining the return qualification, we will give you an address to send back your package.

If the product is returned or exchanged due to incorrect delivery, you don't have to bear the freight, but we will bear the freight. When returning goods due to quality problems, you don't need to return them. After confirming the situation, we will refund or resend them directly.

Refunds

EightClaws reserves the right to refuse a refund on any order returned.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping

At present, we support shipping to The United States, Canada, Australia, Britain. You don't have to pay for transportation for orders over $69. We will process the delivery within 1-3 working days after you place the order. Transportation takes 7-15 working days.

 

When Returning or Exchanging Items:

When you need to return goods, you need to:

  1. First, contact us through bzy@eightclaws.com, confirm the situation with us, and get the return address.
  2. The product must be in the original packaging and unused. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Products received with improper packaging will not receive credit and will be returned, and shipping charges incurred.
  3. You need to tell us the shipping number sent back and keep in touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and we will inform you when everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.
  4.  PLEASE NOTE: Credit, refund or exchange will be issued after your package is received. EightClaws is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  5. Unless otherwise specified by our staff, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product.
    Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part. 
    If possible, we ask that you return the item in the original packaging. If this isn’t possible, we respectfully ask that you carefully and securely pack the item for shipment. Items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipper and will be declined.
